Concrete sets quickly, so working the floor fast or adding chemical to slow curing is to be planned. Repairs require hard breaking. Cracks are more probable, so frequent expansion joints with flexible sleeve passage from one slab to the other are required. Gypcrete is an easier pour. Many floors are common indoor construction plywood.
