I can't imagine why hthe lines keep bleeding through. I used an airless sprayer to spray a latex Kilz and it covered in one coat. Don't waste your time with more Kilz, go to a paint store and get another quality brand of primer-sealer. I use Sherwin/Williams. I hope someone would write on here exactly what the problem is so I will have this information also. Come-on experts, painting paneling is the thing to do these days. Ron J.
