We are finishing an above the ground basement to use as a TV room. I plan to put carpet on the floor--Berber I believe it is called. My question is--what type of under padding should be used. I have 2 opinions. 1. synthetic felt 2. a foam type -- Please tell me which you would recommend. Thank You.
