We just bought an 18-year old house. It has a LiftMaster Garage Door Opener, but we are not sure how old it is. At first, it works fine. But recently, it sometimes only opens half way up. Coming down is never a problem. We feel that the problem is related to the weather, the colder it is, the worse the problem becomes. But this is just our observation. Any advice?
