I am looking to buy a new house and the chimney needs to be repaired or replaced, i'm not quite sure yet, but someone suggested getting rid of the chimney (2 stories high up the side of the house) and using a Power Vent. Does anyone have any idea which is cheaper and any pros or cons to a Power Vent?
