I need to find a correction to a electrical problem. When my heater comes on and off. I have lights that flicker and at times dim way down. It this a wiring, power panel situation?? This is becoming progressively worst. I am sure I need a PRO to check it out, But I also need some input as to what might be the problem, so I may lessen the chance of being ripped off. What do you suggest??
