IF, I understand your question. There is no such header that makes those turns and STILL has some support charactericts.
I would have two sets of posts and beam structures, one for the higher header and one for the lower header. Like a set of beefy King posts. Then do your 45 to join them. But the two seperate headers would be supported by different King Posts.
