Hi My neighbour has a Willow tree half of it hangs over into my garden,I can never keep my garden nice because of leafs and branches dropping on to my land. This tree is about 60ft high and as far as I know never been pruned. What can I do to either:get rid of it or have it cut right back? Can I forward the cost on to my neighbour? I thought Willows only grew next to water and sod knows what damage this tree could do to my house.
