Jim There are alot of different sealers on the market. They range from very good to don't bother. Where in Vermont are you? I work out of Newport NH and do alot in Vermont. The product I use most is Cure and Seal. I get it at Carroll Concrete in Newport. There is also a water based product that is avaible from Scofield. A concrete supply company would know where to get it. Rob
