Fallen gutters

Please help if you can... Every year the ice builds up on the gutters on the back of my house and every year the gutters are torn off by the weight of the ice.Last year I even had heat tape put on the roof.It helped but again this year the gutters are torn off.Are there some really strong gutters or hangers or some other solution to my problem ...All advice is needed.Thanks for your time to respond
