HI Beavis,

As you've experienced to date, everything you've done has only been a 'bandaid' on your problem. Have you ever heard of Ice Damming???

If not, here are a couple of links to familiarize yourself w/it. Take special 'notice' of where the gutters are in the picture(s). They're BURRIED in the ice!!!
