That is an interesting point, Dodgeman. We don't have a fireplace and the times that we can REALLY feel the cold air coming in from the baseboards is when the wind is really blowing against that side of the house (the north side no less!) We live in the midwest so when an artic wind blows in...yikes!!!
And thanks to LJ and Steve for your suggestion's too. I may do both of them...try the foam in one room and the rope stuff in the other and see which one works the best. :)
