HELP!!!!!!!!! We just bought a house and it has wall paper in just about every room. We were able to paint over the wall paper in one of the kids room with out to much problem , but now we are haveing trouble in the second room we started painting thinking it would be as easy as the first room , but no the paper started bubbleing up in a few places what sould we do? Please help I am really in a mess! Thank you for your time Taunia.
