Configuring Stanley Garage Door Opener

My Stanley Whistler ST605 garage door is all out of whack. Had all the Christmas lights plugged into the garage circuit. Pressed the Close button and blew the breaker in the basement. Once I reset the breaker, discovered the chain had come off the sprockets. Put chain back on, but now it seems that the top and bottom settings are messed up. Unable to find the instructions in my mess of a workbench. Can anyone share the secrets to resetting the top and bottom settings. There are 5 buttons: Remote, Top Set, Bottom Set, Move Up, Move Down. My recollection is I had to press combinations of buttons to set it...
