take care of this, usually in most areas the house is covered for 1 year. If you fix it and it dosent work your stuck...if the builder fixes it and it dosent work he's stuck.
Epoxy from the inside should work provided the entire crack is injected with it. Dothing should have to be done outside. Is there a french drain or curtain drain???
