kevin,
is the power on ? is the wall switch turned on if you have a wall switch ? is the wall switch working ? test it with a tester.
You probably wired them wrong. take a tester to the fan and make sure you are wiring the hot wire to the hot wire of the fan and the netural to the netural wires. use a tester and be carefull, it should read above 110v thru 120v on the tester.
