Brick restoration

I have a braick two story stor e front (corner) that needs significant breick repair. I need tuck point, some paint removal and repair of some bulges. The birck is soft and three bricks thick. Three sides are exposed and a portion of the fourth. I would appreciate any assistance in understanding how I should analysis and then repair. Odie
