Not sure if we fully understand what we are getting into, but love the location in the rural area of MO. This house is a disaster, but we see potential. An electrician ran off after coming out to do a quote on some work for us, the town thinks we are nuts and it should just be bulldozed. Would love to hear from others and does it have to be a money pit??? Not sure where to start, just hope we are doing the right thing.
