Craftsman Garage Door Opener

After replacing the worm and drive gears on my Craftsman 1/3 hp GDO, I cannot get it to pull open with or without the door attached, by more than 4 inches. I pulled the limit switches and they're fine. It drives closed fine. I have the lift force adjusted to highest. Any ideas?
