I live in New Jersey. I am looking to demolish a porch which currently has asbestos siding. I understand that it is low in asbestos content to begin with and can be safely removed as long as it is not pulverized in the process. Does anybody know the rules for removal and disposal of such siding in New Jersey, or know where I can inquire about them? My hope is that I can do the removal work myself and that I just need to properly bag the siding and take them somewhere for proper disposal.
