how do i install insulation in my attic truss?

hi i guess my big ? is do i run the insulation all the way down the pich now. or do i run it down to the side walls only ,then down the walls . the rafter joists will be insulated all the way across. by the way it a garage that is lenth 60 x 30 wide
attic space is 60x14 . i am plaining on finshing it in the furture. insulation is not cheap but i will run all the way if it with help with heating . thank if someone can help me decide
