I have a question I am removing wall paper from three rooms in my house. The paper is coming off some what easy with DIff but, my question is when I take off a layer or so of the paper it looks like I am seeing drywall. Is that ok? And if so how do I prepare it to paint. I don't really want to put wall paper up again I am not a big fan of it. My house is only 4 years old and I am thinking the builder just put wall paper over the dry wall. Is this normal?
