this means that tree roots are out of the equation. Could there be a birds nest or debris in the roof stack pipe? Have you run something down it? There are PVC safe chemicals to use on this, you might try this before calling a plumber. Are any other neighbors having the same problem? I would consider using a snake as a last resort. Very interesting that you would have this soo soon.
