We appear to have something that looks like dry rot on our breakfast room wall, next to an airing cupboard. The skirting seems to be unaffected, as do the timbers in the airing cupboard. There is a small leak from the water tank making the floor in the airing cupboard damp. The growth on the wall looks like greyish white furry mould. What do you think?
