I agree with Tony not to remove them. You run the risk of screwing something else up during the removal process. It is just not worth it. Believe me. Besides, radiators can be extremely heavy. You can clean them with a long brush used to clean refrigerator coils. Almost any hardware store sells them. A vacuum also works great. Good luck.
