There appears to be several problems with our new roof which was installed in December 2001. The a couple of valleys are not properly woven or laced and some of the shingles are buckling. Also, there is no spacing between many of the 4 X 8 OSB roof decking when viewed from the attic. Are these potential problem areas? This is new construction. Comments
