i have gotten a big mess, i have a brick house with water damage. i have taken up the plywood floor and have found the outer floor joist (band) rotten. the wood sitting on top of the block is also rotten. this is on the front corner of the house. i want to repair the problem and replace the band and the sil i would like some suggestions as how to. when i removed the plywood foor it came out completly to the insulation board. so now i have a section of outer wall that is setting on nothing.
