My kids, who were really trying to help, put salt pellets in the Water Softener, and some salt got into the saltwell. I tried to get out as much as I could, but it's not been working since. Could this have affected the softener not working? It's a Kenmore. I had it repaired once, and if I need to do it again, I might as well replace it for the cost of the repairs as it's 3 years old. Any help, I would greatly appreciate it!!! Thank you!
