how do you lift a exterior wall on a brick house?

i have some rotten floor and floor joist and mud sill(the board laying on the block) it is a crawl space foundation. i need to remove the bad band/outside floor joist, along with the floor joist next to it.
the exterior is brick, the water damaged area is in the front corner of the house. i would be greatfull for any guidance. i think the problem is the brick work, the joints have been raked out to deep. i will repoint them once i fix the bad boards.
