you will get faster as you progress along. Experince will make you quicker and more effecient. I would start with a back room first and progress on to more important rooms. What I am trying to say is that you will notice your job gets nicer as you progress.
Laying the floor is the most timely and physical part of the job, so I would say once you lay the floor, 75% is done.
Working 10 hour days with both together I would say 4 days should do it.
WARNING: When you get tired, quit. Do not push the job with your camping conditions in the front yard. Hang in there.
