The "bricks" are probably brick pavers, which are really no different than having a concrete driveway. How would one remove the rubber marks from a concrete driveway? I would be cautious with the powerwasher because you might dig out some of the stone dust or sand between the pavers. If correctly installed and maintained a brick paver driveway doesn't HAVE to be full of weeds. Annually you should probably hose out any organic material from between the bricks and top dress with stone dust and use a plate compactor to vibrate it in. Also, roundup works great, nevermind triox, which is probably agent orange. Sounds like the only sure cure to the problem is to get a front end alignment so your tires don't scrub when you turn.
