Hi Jennifer again **smile** I take it you mean paint drops accidentally dripped on natural finish molding...yes?
The way I do it...other than not to drop the paint on the molding in the first place....is to use a sharp xacto knife (or surgeon's blade), and carefully carve it off. I then lightly steel-wool the area and put a coat of finish over the spot so it will blend in with the rest of the molding.
