trying to repair my attic fan to get heat out of attic,fan will not run unless I place a jumper wire from the neutral wire to the ground wire. I have double checked the connections and both of the wires terminate on the same bar in the breaker box, all of the thermostat and limit switches are ok. Any suggestions?
