Help! I'm desperately trying to get rid of a painted textured cieling, the type where it looks like someone has used a sponge to smear on paint and then pulled it away from the surface. I tried buying a hand sander and going over it but it is not only taking forever but not working very well. Does anyone know of the best way short of ripping out the entire ceilintg?
