Also to ease your mind Jason, Its a walkout basement and all the windows are double the requirements...Id feel safer down there then on a 2nd Story of a house 8). Thank you for any suggestions you can offer....I am thinking like Steve suggested,expect Im thinking of sanding the bottom plate level this the concrete instead of filling it in.
