Hey! Who stole my paint?

Greetings All, This past fall I painted a plywood deck. I followed the instructions on the side of a can of Acrylic Enamel, Latex Flat, Porch and Floor paint I bought at a box store. (If I only knew back then.) Well, the snow and ice are gone and so is the paint! I do however, have grey dust! What do you think happened? Jason
