Scott and DH have good points. This stuff is dangerous.
But to answer your question, the only thing I can suggest is to take it to a professional refinisher. I've seen this before and I have never had any success in "touching up" the discoloration. We have always had to strip the finish and in some cases either bleach or sand the stain out.
