Is there any trick to removing baked on, painted over masking tape on exterior windows. This stuff is TOUGH! and there are many. Is is just elbow grease and lots of glass scraping blades. Several have to be accessed off a tall ladder and not happy with the painters we fired. Any help would be apprecicated !
