for my own house.Go to a paint dealer,not homecenter,they have products for cleaning,priming sealing,and the right paint.I checked out Sherwin Williams near me because I see mostly painting contractors parked in the lot.I can paint anything but I am not a painter so I go where the pros go for material and mostly advice.Have not painted mine but saw a house near me get painted,house is all brick,6or7yrs ago, still looks great,that's where I got the idea.My wife is looking at different brick now...Oh-boy!Many pro painters on this site...sure you will get more Info.
