Yes,as Dodgeman stated,check the float level. I assume you have already replaced the flapper. If so, instead of throwing the whole thing out the window, replace the overflow tube assembly. Easy to do. Comes in a kit for your toilet. Even if you replaced the flapper, the water can get through if the seat is bad. { The flapper seat.} We're all just guessing what you replaced and where it's leaking. Hope the forum helps. Ron J.
