This is without a doubt the most difficult, over-priced paint to apply I have ever used. After three coats, the results are so bad that we are in the process of painting over the entire room. We DID use all the recommended techniques and equipment and it still didn't work. The color is inconsistent and the overlap and lines are horrible. We did another room with a lighter River Rock finish and the results were spectacular. Don't try the reds!
