Pick up a gallon of deck stripper, the type with Sodium Hydroxide in it. Apply liberally and use a mist of water to keep it from drying out. Keep it wet for several hours and then use a pressure washer to rinse it off. Be agressive with the washer and use a washer that has at least 2500psi.
