hook the black and blue wires to the black wire coming from the swag kit or one of the two wires, preferably you want to hook the black and blue wires to the wire that goes to the small of the two prongs on the swag kit cord. then the white wire can connect to the remaining wire on the swag kit. the green ground wire can be wrapped around the chain itself of the swag kit, since there was no ground wire and prong on the swag kit....
