The info you give is sketchy. Are you trying to wire a 25 pin connector to another 25p conn? What is it used for? Most 25 pin connector cables are wired "1 to 1"--that is pin 1 on one end goes to pin 1 on the other end, and 2 to 2 etc. untill you get pin 25 to pin 25. Put one end of the ohm meter in pin 1 of one end. Strip the wires on the opposite end about a half inch. Then use the other meter probe to search for this pin 1 wire. When you find it, terminate it into the conn. Continue 'till you do all 25.
