I would use a small "inline duct booster fan" that pulls air through a standard hvac duct, then split it into each room. You can locate the fan anywhere along the main run, wherever it will make the least sound. I would have the ducts end up low, near the floor in the fed rooms. I would make sure to have at LEAST 1" - 1 1/4" gap at bottom of those rooms' doors to let the air back out to the main area. Exactly how to set up the thermostats I would have to look into.
