a good degreaser, like simple green if they are just greasy.
Are they painted or stained/clearfinish? If they are stained/clearfinish the oils in the kitchen and on your hands will break down the finish over time. If it is really bad where the Knobs/pulls are and ok everywhere else there isnt much you can do.
