Hope this is'nt too silly of a question. In our newly acquired house we have gutter heaters/warmers running inside the gutters. (i am not sure if thats what they are called). I was simply wondering when is it the right time to turn them on? Below freezing, above freezing......etc. And then how long are they supposed to be left on? Hope i did'nt bore anyone with my question. Thanks
