My house is basically brand new, 8 months old. It is a Ryan Home, 2 story with brick front. We had some pretty heavy rains move through today, and now I see several wet spots inside on the front basement wall. These spots, however, are not below grade, they are 2 feet or so above grade. I believe the gudders are working properly.
