Jason, Thanks for your reply. No, the wet spots are isolated on the walls, not leaking from above. It almost seems like the moisture travels through the morter in the cinder blocks. The spots seem to follow these joints. Anyway, I have notified Ryan homes, but it's after hours here in PA, so we'll see what they say tomorrow.
