Removing Dried Paint

I have purchased a home that has paint dripped all over the woodwork. I was wondering if there is any product out there that would take off this dried paint. I have no idea how long it has been there. It is really nice wood and I was hoping to not have to remove the wood work or refinish it. Can you help me?
